Welcome to LeetXender. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeetXender platform, websites and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You may use LeetXender only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, your contacts' data, and the content of the messages and campaigns you send. You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful communications.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We provide tools such as two-factor authentication to help keep your account secure.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by distributing malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access, sending spam, or violating the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by LeetXender and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeetXender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Our AI assistant is powered by large language models provided by Anthropic (Claude). Your prompts and uploaded files are sent to Anthropic to generate responses. AI usage is subject to per-plan daily message limits that reset each day, and access to advanced models may be restricted to higher tiers. You must not use the AI to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
Our mail service lets you connect your own domain by adding the MX, SPF, DKIM and verification records we provide to your DNS. You confirm you own or are authorized to use any domain you connect, and that you will keep the required DNS records in place. You must not use mailboxes to send spam, phishing, or unlawful content. Sending may require identity verification (see below), and the number of domains and mailboxes available depends on your plan.
When you send SMS, you confirm that recipients have consented to receive your messages and that you will honor opt-out ("STOP") requests, use approved sender IDs, and comply with all applicable telecommunications and anti-spam laws. SMS is billed by credits according to your plan. We may block or suspend messaging that appears fraudulent or abusive.
To reduce fraud and abuse, we require identity and facial verification (KYC), processed by our verification partner, Didit, before you can send SMS or send email from custom domains. You agree to provide accurate information. We may decline, suspend, or restrict sending where verification fails or fraud is suspected.
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service, including Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery), Anthropic (AI), Flutterwave and Paystack (payments), Termii/Twilio (SMS delivery), and Didit (identity verification). Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms.
You can request permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time via our account deletion page. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except for limited records we must retain by law (such as transaction records).
